Candidates are invited for a Walk-in-Interview for engagement as Lecturers/
Teaching Associates/ Guest Faculties in Business Management, Information Technology
Management (ITM), Information Science & Telecommunication (IST), Journalism & Mass
Communication (JMC), Electronics & Telecommunication (ETC), Women Studies, Rural
Development, International Studies and Hospitality and Hotel Administration (HHA). The
engagement is purely temporary for a maximum of one academic session with a monthly
remuneration fixed by the University at the time of engagement. The applicants are required
to come to the interview as per the date and time given at point no. 2 with the required
documents mentioned at point no. 3.
1. Eligibility:
The eligibility for the said engagement is as per the conditions laid down in para- 4 of
the UGC regulations, 2010 published in Gazette of India on September, 2010.
However, in case of non-availability of qualified candidates relaxation will be given for
engagement of Teaching Associates and Guest Faculty.
2. Date, Time and Venue of the Interview: The interview will be conducted in the Office of the Vice-Chancellor as per the date
and time given below. The candidates are required to bring all their required original
documents for verification. No extension of time for the purpose will be given.

3. Documents to be brought at the time of interview:
i) Filled in Application with a passport size photograph affixed on the top of the application
(Format enclosed at point no. 4)
ii) Bank Draft / Banker’s Cheque for Rs. 500/- in favour of ‘The Comptroller of Finance,
Ravenshaw University’ payable at Cuttack.
iii) Self-attested photo copies of certificates and marksheets of all examinations passed.
iv) Experience Certificate(s) from concerned authorities.
v) Copies of publications, if any.
