Various posts of Financial Adviser, Finance & Chief Accounts Officer, Administrative Officer on Deputation Basis at AIIMS., New Delhi.

Applications are invited in the prescribed proforma from suitable officers for filling up the following posts on Deputation Basis with the following prescribed criteria.

Name of the Post:- Financial Advisor

Pay Scale:Pay Band-3 of Rs.15600-39100 + Grade Pay of Rs.7600.

No. of Posts: One

Essential Eligibility Criteria: Officers from any of the Central Organised Accounts Services holding analogous posts or Posts in the pay scale of Rs.10000-15200 (pre-revised) further revised to PB-3 of Rs.15600-39100 plus grade pay of Rs.6600 with 5 years of regular service in the grade;

In the event of not finding suitable officers from the Organized Accounts Services, officers in the Finance and Accounts Departments of Central Statutory / Autonomous Bodies or Public Sector Undertakings holding the posts of the level specified above shall be considered.

Finance & Chief Accounts Officer

Pay Scale: Pay Band-3 of Rs.15600-39100 + Grade Pay of Rs.6600.

No. of Posts: Two

Essential Eligibility Criteria :- (i) Officers from any of the Central Organized Accounts Services holding an analogous post or a post in the pay scale of PB- 3 Rs. Rs.15600-39100 + Grade Pay of Rs.5400 with 5 years regular service in the grade; OR (ii)Audit / Accounts Officers from any of the Central Organized Accounts Departments with 7 years’ regular service in the scale of PB- 2 Rs. 9300-34800 + Grade Pay of Rs.4600 or equivalent.

In the event of suitable officers from the Central Government being not available, similar officers in the Finance / Accounts Departments of the Central Statutory / Autonomous Bodies or Public Sector Undertakings shall be considered.

Administrative Officer

Pay Scale: Pay Band-3 of Rs.15600-39100 + Grade Pay of Rs.5400

No. of Posts: Three

Essential Eligibility Criteria :- Officers under the Central Govt., U.T Administrations or the Central Statutory/ Autonomous Bodies holding analogous posts or with at least 3/5 years of service in a post in the Pay scale of Rs.2000-3500/Rs.2000-3200 (revised to PB-2 Rs. 9300-34800 + Rs. 4600 Grade Pay) or equivalent respectively and having a Degree and experience in administration and establishment matters and also preferably in Accounts matters. Officers possessing MBA or Postgraduate Diploma in Personnel Management shall be given preference.
