Recruitment for the Post of Joint Director and Deputy Director in Ministry of Agriculture

Applications are invited from eligible officers filling of vacant posts of Junior Director(Toxicology) and Deputy Director (Toxicology) in PB-3, Pay Scale of Rs 15600-39100/- with Grade Pay of Rs. 7600/- and Rs.6600/- respectively, of Directorate of Plant Protection,Quarantine and storage, Faridabad, on deputation basis.

It is therefore, requested that the applications of suitable and eligible officers and who can be spared immediately in the event of selection may be sent directly to the Under Secretary, Department of Agriculture and cooperation, Room no 478-A, Krishi Bhavan, New Delhi before 05.08.2015.

(i) Joint Director (Toxicology) : 03 Posts

(ii) Deputy Director (Toxicology) : 03 Posts

Pay Scales:

(i) Joint Director (Toxicology) : Pay Band-3, Rs. 15600-39100/- plus Grade Pay of Rs. 7600/-

(ii) Deputy Director (Toxicology) : Pay Band-3, Rs. 15600-39100/- plus Grade Pay of Rs. 6600/-

Educational Qualification: 

(i) Joint Director (Toxicology): Master;s Degree in Veterinary Science with specialization in Pharmacology or Toxicology or Masters in Pharmacology/Toxicology from a recognised University or MBBS and MD with specialization in Pharmacology.

(ii) Ph.D. in related area (Pharmacology or Toxicology) in case of non-medical candidates.

Experience: Six years working experience in lab/hospital/institution in related field of Pharmacology or Toxicology.

(ii) Deputy Director (Toxicology): Master's  Degree in Veterinary Science with specialization in Pharmacology or Toxicology or Masters in Pharmacology/Toxicology from a recognised University of MBBS and MD with specialization in Pharmacology.

Experience: One year working experience in lab/hospital/institution in related field of Pharmacology or Toxicology.

Place of Posting: The Headquarter of the post is at Faridabad but Government have the right to post the incumbent anywhere in India.
