Air India Air Transport Services Limited (AIATSL) wishes to engage Indian Nationals who meet with the requirements stipulated for the following positions for ground duties at the Airports / stations mentioned in the following tables on a Fixed Term Contract basis for a period of three years which may be renewed subject to their performance and the requirement of the Company - AIATSL, to fill-in the existing vacancies as shown below and to maintain a wait-list for vacancies arising in future.

DETAILS OF POSITIONS : 

CUSTOMER AGENT : 

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS :

• Graduate in any discipline/faculty (minimum 3 years’ duration) from a recognized University with knowledge of basic computer operations
• Should be conversant in English. Knowledge of Local & Hindi languages i.e. ability to understand and speak is desirable.
• Not below 158 cms. for Male and 152.5 cms. for Female candidates (Relaxation in height of 2.5 cms. to SC/ST candidates and candidates belonging from North-East Region).
• Wile comprise of :
• (a) Group Discussion
• (b) Personal Interview
• (c) Pre-Employment Medical Examination
• STARTING EMOLUMENTS : Rs.13,800/- p.m.

SR. CUSTOMER AGENT : 

• EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS :
• Graduate in any discipline/faculty (minimum 3 years’ duration) from a recognized University with knowledge of basic computer operations.
• Should be conversant in English. Knowledge of Local & Hindi languages i.e. ability to understand and speak is desirable.
• 5 Years’ experience as Customer Agent working at any Airport and profession in Passenger Handling.
• Not below 158 cms. for Male and 152.5 cms. for Female candidates (Relaxation in height of 2.5 cms. to SC/ST candidates and candidates belonging from North-East Region).
• Wile comprise of :
• (a) Personal Interview
• (b) Pre-Employment Medical Examination
• Note: The Company may introduce a stage of Group Discussion at its discretion.
• STARTING EMOLUMENTS : Rs.17,250/- p.m.

AGE ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA FOR ALL POSITIONS: 

• General : Not above 28 years (born between 02.05.1987 and 01.05.1997)
• OBC : Not above 31 years (born between 02.05.1984 and 01.05.1997)
• SC/ST : Not above 33 years (born between 02.05.1982 and 01.05.1997
