Scale of Pay : Consolidated salary of Rs. 5200- + G.P applicable
Age Eligibility :
For Staff Nurse & Pharmacist : 21 years to 32 years as on 01.01.2015
For ANM & X Ray Technician : 18 years to 32 years as on 01.01.2015
Examination Fee : Candidates other than SC/ST have to pay an examination fee of Rs. 100/-
