Rajiv Gandhi Institute of Petroleum Technology (RGIPT), a domain specific Institute in the petroleum and energy sector, set up by Government of India, Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas in District Rae Bareli (UP), Invites applications for the post of Director from candidates possessing PhD in Petroleum or Chemical Engineering or Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or Geology and having proven administrative, teaching and research background.

All the applicants should have fulfill the following criteria.

The Candidate must possess first class or equivalent in all degrees (bachelors/Masters and PhD) in Petroleum or Chemical Engineering or Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or Geology from institutions of international repute.

Should preferably be around 60 years of age.

The post carries a fixed pay of Rs. 80,000/- p.m. with applicable allowances.
