Eligibility Conditions : Officers of the Central Government
Essential Qualification :(i) Holding analogous posts on regular basis in the parent cadre/Department OR (ii) With ten years service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on a regular basis in PB-1 (Rs. 5200-20200) with Grade Pay of Rs. 2800. (ii) Processing a speed of 100 wpm in Stenography (English/Hindi).
