(1) Name of Post: Technical Assistant

Pay Scale: Rs. 9300-34800 (PB-2) with Grade Pay Rs.4200/-

No. of Posts: 02 (UR-01, ST-01)

Minimum Qualification & Experience: 1st Class B.Sc. (Science) with Chemistry and with one year full time professional qualification or one year experience in the relevant discipline from a recognized Institute/ Organisation.

(2) Name of Post: Technician (1)

Pay Scale: Rs.5200-20200 (PB-1) with Grade Pay-Rs.1900/-

No. of Post: 01 (SC-01)

Minimum Qualification & Experience: SSC/10th standard with Science subjects with 55% marks plus ITI/National/State trade certificate in Machinist trade or 2 years full time experience as an apprentice trainee from a recognized institution in Machinist trade.

Area: Machinist.

(3) Name of Post: Technician (1)

Pay Scale: Rs.5200-20200 (PB-1) with Grade Pay-Rs.1900/-

No. of Post: 01 [PWD (HH)-01]

Area: Carpentry

Minimum Qualification & Experience: SSC/10th standard with Science subjects with 55% marks plus ITI/National/State trade certificate in Carpentry trade or 2 years full time experience as an apprentice trainee from a recognized institution in Carpentry trade.

(4) Name of Post: Nurse (Male)

Pay Scale: Rs.5200-20200 (PB-1) with Grade Pay-Rs.1900/-

No. of Post: 01 (UR-01)

Essential Qualification & Experience: SSC/10th standard with Science subjects with 55% marks plus two years full time certificate course in nursing from a recognised Institute. The candidate must be registered with the State Nursing Council in India.

Recruitment of Lab Assistant (Chemistry) trainee in NTPC

LAB ASSISTANT (CHEMISTRY) TRAINEES : 22 Nos  

TRAINING, EMOLUMENTS & PLACEMENT: Selected candidates will undergo training for a period of 01 (one) year at various NTPC sites and will be paid a consolidated stipend of Rs.11,500/- per month. On successful completion of training, these candidates will be absorbed in the pay scale of Rs. 11500- 3%-26000/-(W3 Grade). The final place of posting will be allocated after successful completion of the training.

AGE LIMIT: 27 years as on 15.06.2015

QUALIFICATION:  Full time regular B.Sc with Chemistry (Chemistry must be one of the subjects) / Graduate in Industrial / Applied Chemistry.

WRITTEN TEST: The Written Test is scheduled to be held on 09.08.2015 (Sunday).
