Education Qualification: The candidate must have passed Bachelor of Arts or Science or Commerce from a recognised University and have a Degree or Diploma from a recognised University in Industrial Relations and Personal Management / Personal Management and Industrial Relations or Labour Welfare / Labour Law or M.B.A or Human Resource Management .

Examination Fee: All UR candidates other than SC/ST have to pay an examination fee of Rs. 100/-.
